My name is Raquel and I'm your host to Fill Your Nature Cup, which includes 2 wonderful places (Lake Tahoe and Smoky Mountains). There's something about nature that just energizes us, makes us feel centered, grounded, and calm. I love all that nature provides and truly feel the happiest when I'm in it. You know how they say, "see the glass half full"? Well, in order to see that positivity, I fill it with nature, which is how I thought of the brand, "Fill Your Nature Cup."
