Pets: 
-Pee fee $75
-Dogs: must be quiet, trained, and not left alone in the Airbnb. No more than 1 dog. No pets on furniture, must bring their own bed.
-No cats allowed, apologies as I am allergic
-Failure to indicate pet in reservation will incur a cost of $100.

Sauna and backyard

I live in the attached home, and my interaction is what feels most comfortable to you. I am happy to provide any tips or help whenever needed, as well as respect your privacy and space. I want my guests to feel at home.

Safe neighborhood, can walk 1.3 miles to the trail and beach, or 0.5 miles to various restaurants.

Parking available on the right side of the driveway, as well as street parking. Location is great for biking and accessible for using apps like Lyft or Uber.

Hosted Rental Permit #HRP-041. Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% added for short term rentals and goes to the city of South Lake Tahoe. If booking 30+ nights, no TOT added and save additional 12% on top of long term discount!

*Will provide full refund if evacuation required or in the warning zone. Otherwise, cancellation policy applies. Please monitor weather and road conditions ahead of time. Unfortunately wild fire and smoke season is known & expected. We can’t escape it where we live either. Strongly recommend purchasing trip interruption insurance that cover things like expected natural events (blizzards, wild fires, earthquakes, and even covid). Thank you!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
